I love heat sacks. Perfect for dull aches and pains, warmth, comfort, cuddles, nice smells, muscle relaxant. Much better in winter than an electric blanket. Much prefer a heat sack. Want to make my own but never got round to it …
It’s a small irritating sound but I’m so grateful that when I forget to turn off the lights in my car it goes “beeeeeeep”. Thanks car.
It’s not a grand feeling when the tyre on the car pops and I’m left limping the car to the side of the road accompanied by the smell of burning rubber. Thankfully the is the RACV. I don’t remember the last time I changed a tyre and I certainly don’t feel confident doing it with the lack of traffic / my body separation. Fortunately the sun is out and I have a great view of the reservoir. If only there was a toilet nearby, no work to go to and a picnic basket, a book and some wine … it would be quite pleasant.
I’ve been finding life tough lately and everything I’ve wanted to be ‘grateful’ for has seemed forced … So I haven’t said anything. I’ve been off caffeine for about a week now. Trying to help my sleep patterns which will hopefully in turn shift my depression up a notch from dark cloud mode to maybe, heavy fog. As I sat down to zone out with some Civ V I decided to make up some ol’ herbal tea to try and distract myself from chocolate cravings. Home grown and dried chamomile and mint tea in this awesome keep warm teapot. I am grateful for tea. Especially mint tea.
